To implement appropriate policies and programmes as well as undertake other necessary actions that will strengthen the Primary Health Care System in Kano State to be able to deliver Efficient, Effective, Qualitative, Accessible and Affordable health care with full participation of individual and Communities at all levels in spirit of Equity and Self-reliance.
