Hajiya Aishatu further moved to the School of Health Technology Kano where obtained her Diploma in Community Health from 1992 to 1994, then to Bayero University, Kano where she obtained her Advanced Diploma in Public Administration in the year 2010. She obtained her Degree in Public Administration from the African Institute of Science and Administration School in the year 2020.

Hajiya Aishatu worked for 33 years as a civil servant. Until her present appointment as "Director of Medical Services", at Kano State Primary Health Care Management, she worked in different healthcare settings in Kano which include among others, Murtala Muhammad Specialists Hospital, Jakara Maternity Hospital, Muhammad Abdullahi Wase, Nassarawa Hospital, Ministry of Health, Kano State Primary Health Care Management, Anderson served different roles which include; Hospital Unit In-charge, Medical Filed Unit Officer, Medical Outreach Team Lead, Deputy State Immunization Officer, State Immunization Officer, State Case Management Officer, State MCH Coordinator, State Malaria Program Officer, among others.

She is a member of National Association of Community Health Practitioners, National Poverty Elimination Program, etc.

She living with her husband and has 4 children with some grandchildren.
